If it’s not working out for any reason, just let us know. We’re happy to take it back and refund your money.
We encourage you to use your product for 45 days before contacting us. Enjoy the time and give your body a chance to adjust to the Earth's energy because grounding can be a gradual and subtle process.
That’s it. There are no complicated hoops to jump through, and a full refund will be issued back to your credit card.
Contact us as soon as possible! We may be able to cancel the order before it processes, but we can't guarantee it.
Here's what to do:
If the order needs to be shipped back to us, we'll email you a return label. You'll print the label and put it on the box. Next time you're out running errands, drop the box at your local post office.
The original shipping costs aren’t refunded (if you paid any). The return shipping cost is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount as soon as we receive the package back.
We are unable to offer exchanges, so you can place a new order on the GroundLuxe website.
