Return and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Many people report that it takes time to experience the effects of grounding. Some report that it is immediately beneficial, but others do not. For this reason we recommend about 28 days of regular usage before you assess whether or not it works for YOU.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your GroundLuxe products, we offer a full refund less shipping within 30 days of purchase. 

IMPORTANT: To qualify for a refund, the returned product must contain all parts, especially the grounding cord because we test those when they are returned.

Shipping Policy Details

All orders are eligible for a return and refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be in their original packaging and must include all accessories that were part of the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or be able to provide an order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Typically, during normal business hours of 9am-5pm ET, within 4 hours of placing your order, you can cancel the order. This is not guaranteed, but is typical.

Returns

For 30 days after delivery, we accept returns for any reason. After that time, we accept them only for verified manufacturer defects from customers who have claimed the extended warranty here.

To complete your return, we require your order number and a reason for the return. The reason can be anything, but we want to constantly improve so we do require a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and include all accessories that originally came as part of the product (like a cord, safety adaptor or outlet tester).

If the item is lost or stolen from your delivery location, we will not be responsible and we do not offer refunds in this case.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Once that refund is initiated, it may take up to 7 days to appear on your credit card account. This is bank transaction time that has nothing to do with us and we cannot rush it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do NOT do exchanges. Please return the item you don't want and order a new one, this is faster for you and much easier to track.

What is the Restocking Fee?

There is no restocking fee. Lots of competitors charge this, we do NOT.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
