You have 60 days to try out your GroundLuxe product. 

If it’s not working out for any reason, just let us know. We’re happy to take it back and refund your money.

We encourage you to use your product for 45 days before contacting us. Enjoy the time and give your body a chance to adjust to the Earth's energy because sometimes grounding can be a gradual and subtle process.

  1. Email us at support@groundluxe.com with your order number and tell us what you’d like to return.

  2. Or, call us at 877-705-6871. We'll pick up the phone and help you.

That’s it. There are no complicated hoops to jump through, and a full refund will be issued back to your credit card.

Uh Oh. Did You Order The Wrong Product By Mistake? 

Contact us as soon as possible! We may be able to cancel the order before it processes, but we can't guarantee it.

Here's what to do:

  1. Email us at support@groundluxe.com with your order number and explain what happened.

  2. Or, call us at 877-705-6871.

If the order needs to be shipped back to us, we'll email you a return label. You'll print the label and put it on the box. Next time you're out running errands, drop the box at your local post office. 

The original shipping costs aren’t refunded (if you paid any). The return shipping cost is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount as soon as we receive the package back.

We are unable to offer exchanges, so you can now place a new order on the GroundLuxe website.

If you're not completely satisfied with your GroundLuxe products, you can return them within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

To qualify for a refund:

    • Your return must include all original parts, especially the grounding cord, as we test those upon return.

    • Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories (cords, adaptors, outlet testers, etc.).

How Long Should You Try Grounding?

Some customers notice benefits immediately. Others may need a few weeks or even months. We recommend using your product regularly for at least 45 days before deciding whether it works for you.


Shipping & Return Policy

    • All orders are eligible for refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery.

    • Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.

    • You must provide a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.

    • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Order Cancellations

You can typically cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it—during business hours (9am–5pm ET). While we do our best to accommodate cancellations, they are not guaranteed.


Returns After 60 Days

Returns after 60 days are only accepted if there is a verified manufacturer defect and if you’ve claimed your extended warranty.

We require:

    • Your order number

    • A reason for return (this helps us improve!)


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • You’ll get an email confirming receipt and whether your return was approved or denied.

    • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    • It can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement (this depends on your bank, not us).

    • We charge No restocking fee. Unlike many competitors, we do not charge one.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:

    1. Return the item you don’t want.

    2. Place a new order for the item you do want.

This ensures quicker processing and better tracking.
