Our first warranty is essentially a 30-day trial. Give our products a try, and if you don't like them for any reason just send them back. Many of our competitors charge re-stocking fees and we do NOT.
There is one thing to know about this:
We will ask you why you want to return the item.
This isn't to hassle you and "I changed my mind" is a valid reason.
But we are on a mission to make the best products in our category and we won't know how to improve them if you don't tell us.
Also, we want to reduce returns because doing a return roughly doubles the carbon footprint of a product and we want to be green.
Our second warranty is a two year extended warranty that protects you from any manufacturer's defects that your product may experience.
There are two important notes on this:
1) You must register to receive the warranty within 90 days of purchase. Luckily, it only takes a few seconds and you can do it online right here.
2) To submit a claim against either warranty, just email our support team.

The effects of grounding have been studied and reported in numerous journals as detailed elsewhere on our site and around the web. However, we do NOT make any claim that you will experience any specific effects.
