I was VERY skeptical. But I was sleeping so horribly I thought I would give it a try. First few nights didn’t notice much but after the third I started sleeping so good. I noticed when I woke up some of the normal ailments I have for being 50 weren’t bothering me as much. My tennis elbow has pretty much not bothered me since I got the sheet. Coincidence? Then my left knee had been bothering me and it doesn’t very much either. My husband whom I didn’t tell him I changed anything also said he’s been sleeping deeper. I would for sure recommend this sheet to anyone and have already to my friends and family. I just wish it came in better color options. My sheets are and have always been white so I do not like that that was not an option.
I was a little skeptical about how this would work but now I am a believer! I have been wearing an Ultrahuman ring that tracks sleep (among other things) for 10 months. The longest amount of deep sleep that I had ever recorded was 2 hrs 3 min. Last night was the first night sleeping on my GroundLuxe fitted sheet and I recorded an astonishing 3 hrs 22 min!!
I am sleeping more efficiently now. Biggest things i have noticed in the first few days is my shoulder pain went away. I used to have syatica pain on and off making getting out of bed challenging at times, now, I have not had any syatica pain! I am not sleeping longer, but I am definitely getting better quality of sleep now. I was skeptical at first, but now I won't sleep on anything else.
Used a mat for a while on my bed but it kept getting moved around under my feet so I switched to a sheet and its been great. First thing I noticed about the grounding is if I walk around the bed now with shoes on and now if I touch the bed it discharges the static electricity that I've built up which it did not do that before, so I know its working. Sleep much more sound now .
I’ve had the sheets for 3 weeks now. After sleeping on the sheets, I wake up feeling well rested. I noticed a difference after the first night! I’ve been dealing with stiffness and decreased mobility in my neck for nearly a year. It didn’t go away overnight, but I have definitely experienced gradual improvement after sleeping on the grounding sheets. My feet are always cold. I ordered 3 sets of sheets. I totally enjoy mine and sleep better on it. The set of sheets I had for my daughter, however, had a problem with the material "balling" up. We went with a different grounding company for our first set of sheets. They never quite fit our mattress and showed wear after a few months. So we did our research and gave GroundLuxe a try. WOW! Mind blown! I was skeptical, how can plugging into a hole (most plugs don’t even use) make a difference? Prior to using GroundLuxe, standing up straight and first few steps out of bed would remind me the age of my hips, knees and back. My day always started with pain and inevitably a negative attitude. I had a very good baseline of not sleeping well for the past 5 months. I am a healthy 35 year old male, I eat a well balanced diet and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. For reasons I cannot explain, my sleep had been horrible for the past 5 months. After reading online about Grounding sheets, I did a lot of research to find the best of the best. Ordering was easy, shipping very fast, just a few days and I was thrilled to receive my sheet and get going with it. I had bought a continuity tester to ease my mind that it really was grounding and it is! So many years agao I tried one of those half sheets and I'm not sure it ever worked. I love that this sheet also comes with a grounding outlet tester (not the same as the continuity tester). The sheet feels good and washes well. As soon as I'm able, I plan to purchase another to be able to swap out for laundry. I'm sleeping really well, better than prior to this sheet and some of my annoying pains have lessened. On Facebook, there are tons of complaints about another grounding sheet product (shipping taking months, never received, no tester, no cord etc.) and I always chime in to say how pleased I am with GroundLuxe. Love it.
I’ve been using the sheet and pillow case for a couple of weeks now and don’t think I’ve see a difference. I am very disappointed that the “free “ pillow case doesn’t match the sheet. My thinking was if I’m going to spend this kind of money on sheets and if they didn’t work at least I would have a set of sheets. Emailed complaint and all they had to say is yes they don’t match and left it there. Rude !!!

So far I am very happy with the customer service and communication. The shipping was very fast and I very much like the quality of the sheet, it feels very nice on the bed. I like that the cord is very long which makes it easier to find the best outlet to plug into. Probably too soon to tell of the benefits yet. . I notice I fall asleep faster and seem to sleep deeper. My husband has a lot of pain issues and I got the sheet hoping it will help him with pain and inflammation. He has not noticed a significant difference yet but we have only been using the sheet for about two weeks. I am a believer in the concept of grounding and am very hopeful to have improvements in our health down the road.
Excellent quality. Softer than the first brand I purchased. Fits easily due to deep pocket design and my more square than rounded corners on my mattress. I definitely feel better overall using these. They have twice the silver of the previous brand and I appreciate organic cotton. Helps with inflammation, also seems to relax my jaw from clenching.

The sheets are soft, and I like that there’s only 1 cord for each of the items as opposed to other Grounding Sheets where they were connections and long, thin wires that with dangle all over the bed in bedroom

Out of habit, after my shower, I lubed my body with my homemade body butter before getting into bed to try the fitted sheet for the first time. When I did not have any difference in my sleep, I washed the sheet again, did NOT put any lotion on my limbs & had the BEST SLEEP EVER. We’ve used grounding sheets before and although the fabric material with Ground Lux is really good quality, the grounding feature is not working. We are not experiencing the same grounding benefits from the Ground Lux sheets as we do with other grounding sheets. With our other brand grounding sheets our whole family (4) noticed better sleep, less aches and pains and overall feeling better. With Ground Lux sheets we are not noticing any of the benefits of the grounding sheets, they’re just nice sheets.
I have only had this bottom grounding sheet for less than a month. I can't say Im noticing a lot of difference in my sleep pattern yet, however I can say I have seen a difference in my leg cramps. I can also say I'm not waking up achy and hurting like I was before I started sleeping on it. I can't give it 5 stars yet because I haven't had it long enough to see improvement in waking up or sleeping better but I definitely like it and will continue to sleep on it. I will probably buy another one at some point so I can rotate them as I wash them. I also bought a pillow case and the review for it is on the pillow case tab.

We purchased a new mattress thinking that it would help me wake with less body stiffness. It was actually worse and we considered returning the mattress.
