This mat has been a blessing . My muscles leg and back had gotten so stiff the last few years Even slow to recover after work outs Healthy and fit and still had this stiffness I couldn’t figure out .. after years of cell phones and computers all day I was out of balance on emf frequencies overload I researched grounding and bought the mat Within a week my back and leg muscles relaxed. and the stiffness is gone . I can’t believe it is working so fast and I feel much better . Buy one and use it at least 4 hours a day I sleep with mine and will be ordering more for gifts ..
